DISCLAIMER - The author, Leo McCormack, suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome for over 7 years. He personally found a way to defeat this terrible disease. That said, the story of Leo is quite an inspirational one. CFS still has no cure and doctors are not even sure what causes it. Years ago, if any, most doctors said it was psychological. At least today they acknowledge that there is, it's a start. But it is little comfort for most people.
Maybe that's where Leo's book can help you. I say maybe it's because the symptoms of this disease are different for each person and therefore, what worked for Leo may not work for you. You need to understand this up front.
Leo goes over not only about how he beat the disease itself but how to overcome all the symptoms as insomnia, poor concentration, muscle tension, body aches, headaches, restless legs syndrome and mental and physical exhaustion, and many, many others. Too many to list here.
Leo begins by telling you everything he tried to beat this thing. The laundry list is long enough to choke a horse. He then goes into great detail as to what to do to beat this particular:
What foods to eat and avoid
How to get rid of muscle tension
How to get rid of headaches without taking pain killers
How to overcome mental and physical fatigue
How to increase your strength
I could go on, but the list is so long I'm going to write forever. He leaves nothing out. There isn't a symptom of this horrible disease that he doesn't cover.
It also includes a series of reference books on overcoming fibromyalgia, improving strength, overcoming insomnia, and more.
What you will find refreshing is Leo's no BS way of saying things. What you also find refreshing is that he doesn't try to soak the people of an arm and a leg for this information. There is a reasonable price. It's simple cheap ... especially for something that is so important.
As I said, there is no guarantee that what worked for Leo will work for you. But at least, go to his site and see what he is offering. You have nothing to lose but a few minutes of your time to check it out.
